Match Center

Match Center is Pulse Tactical's own home for every match tied to your teams — grouped into Live Now, Today and Upcoming, with a running clock while a match is in progress, plus a quick shortcut to every team involved.

What is Match Center?

Match Center is the matches list inside Pulse Tactical (board.pulseup.io), organized around what's actually happening: matches currently live, matches scheduled for today, and everything coming up after that.

Instead of one flat list, each match lands in exactly one section depending on its own status and date — a live match shows a running clock, one scheduled for today gets a full score card, and anything further out gets a compact upcoming entry.

How it works

Right at the top, a shortcut card for every team involved in a match — played or scheduled — links straight into that team's own roster with a "View team" action.

Matches are filtered by sport with a row of pills at the top, and by status (All, Live, Today, Upcoming) right below it.

A live match shows an elapsed-minute clock that keeps counting while play is on, alongside both teams' crests and current score.

Today's matches render as a two-column grid of cards with a large score, since these are the ones most likely to matter right now.

Upcoming matches (anything scheduled for a day after today) render as a compact single-row list instead, since there's less to show for a match that hasn't started.

Soccer only: each side's own corner total can be entered manually from that match's own detail view — a post-match figure, not tracked live event-by-event like a goal, and it stays editable even after the match is marked completed.

Who this is for

Anyone using Pulse Tactical to run a team's matches — coaches tracking a real season, or a group organizing informal games — who wants one place to check what's live right now versus what's still ahead, and a fast way into any involved team's own roster.

How this fits into Pulse Tactical

Match Center is the entry point into a specific match's own detail view — starting the clock, recording events, entering soccer's own corner totals and (once it ends) generating each player's own Pulse Card all happen from there. It uses the same PulseUp account as the rest of the app, at board.pulseup.io.
