PulseUp for Nutritionists
PulseUp gives nutritionists a Nutritionist Workspace to build meal plans with calorie and macro targets, and track each patient's evolution across plans — inside the same app their patients already use.
What is the Nutritionist Workspace?
The Nutritionist Workspace is PulseUp's dedicated area for verified nutritionists. It's unlocked after submitting a professional registration (CRN in Brazil) and its issuing council for review, and it's separate from the patient experience — a nutritionist's patients keep using the same app they already have, and receive their meal plan directly in it.
Inside the workspace, a nutritionist builds a full meal plan meal by meal, from a real food database, with calorie and macro calculations handled automatically.
How it works
A nutritionist builds a plan with a step-by-step wizard: pick the patient, record weight, height, age and sex, optionally log skin-fold measurements across 7 sites, set macro targets with a live kcal preview, build each meal, then review and schedule the plan.
From the patient's weight, height, age and sex, the app estimates a calorie target automatically. Each meal — breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner and evening snack — is built from a real food database with protein, carbs, fat, sugar and kcal calculated per food and serving size, and a nutritionist can offer more than one option for the same meal.
There's no separate template library: any plan already created can become the starting point for a new one via "Use as template" — its meals carry over, while the new patient's weight, height, measurements and schedule are always set fresh. Every plan created also records weight, body-fat percentage and lean-mass percentage, building an evolution chart on the patient's profile over time.
Who this is for
Verified nutritionists who want to build, calculate and reuse meal plans for their patients without a separate spreadsheet or app their patients would need to install.

How this fits into PulseUp
The Nutritionist Workspace runs on the same account system and food database that patients use inside the app, so a plan a nutritionist builds shows up directly for the patient — no extra app to install to receive or follow it.
